I can't speak for the sellers but, yes, I bought some ADPT yesterday. How did you know?

Just so that this post isn't entirely frivolous, a few comments on the lawsuits. Most of the lawsuits filed so far against ADPT look like the standard nuisance suits. It is hard to believe that the lawyers are on the side of the shareholders when they sue the company, i.e. the shareholders. But the latest one (http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/980326/ca_alexand_1.html) could be more interesting because it does not target the company, as discussed by others on the thread. But the test of whether there is any real wrongdoing should be judged by whether the suit is just settled quickly for a fraction of the claimed damages, like the standard nuisance suits, or whether the filers show their conviction by going to trial.
