I'm new to this thread - by looking at the chart it looks like a great time to jump in. I was hoping to get some information from this thread about the company, However scrolling through the thread I found no good place to jump in. It looks like a mud fight here.

I would appreciate any tips that any of you may want to share about this company. I have no interest in hearing from the 'mud slingers' and will not respond to any such messages. I am only interested in FACTS!

Thanks in advance for any information you care to share.

Bob,
I just got in 35,000 shares at .09c a share. Is every body pulling
their certificate in from the broker, why is that???

Thanks,
Darryl

Here's an avenue you can pursue. Go over to the TEIM thread and look at the people's names that were all involved in TEIM. Pay special attention to those people that spoke to Ebeling on the phone. E-mail them and ask them about Paul. Ask them if Paul was dishonest with them. The reason you won't undertake this endeavor is simply because you know you won't like what you find out.

The only dishonest person on this thread has been yourself and your over-exaggerated and unsubstantiated promises that this stock will pay off handsomely for those who stick around. Simple promotion and cheerleading. You can't stand cynicism on this thread because it does not help your ultimate cause. Your barrage of e-mails begging people on this thread to quit posting negative things about NAMX shows how desperate you've become.

Who knows, you could be right. You state Deloitte & Touche will be the auditing firm and NAMX will have real numbers released at the end of April. You state that the Nebraska wells will genrate lots of revenue dollars for the company. You state that you have the utmost respect and confidence in your leader, Paul Ebeling. I state the opposite based upon my past experience.

You say there's a light at the end of the tunnel, I say it happens to be a train. 30 days to the truth..I anxiously await..

What are your credentials to tell us anything here. You are a self-proclaimed loser in the
stock picking business.

I think you're once again confused...

I bought a stock which went down (big surprise) and then averaged down. Sold several
months later for loss. On Sched D how do I list it. The total shares I ended up with was
800 so I put that in column (a), then put both dates I bought in column (b) & #
purchased next to date? c is date sold, d is sales price, e is cost of both buys plus
commission, f is the loss. Is that right? Why not? Thanks. Held it less than a year. Do I
have to do part 2, part 3, or part 4? Do I send in a copy of the form 1099 with my tax
return? Thanks for some help, Bob.
