Sheila, If the announcement of the board changes were in the annual report it is probable that it had nothing to do with the actual announcement re: KE. The report was probably printed weeks ago, if it is reaching stock holders now. Whether or not they were in the KE camp philosophically is open to speculation. archcc p.s. Other than having to navigate Rocky's posts, not too bad a day for IOM. The first week of this storm was weathered with "only" a small loss. The real test of the stock will be the earnings announcement. ar
