Hardball anyone? Kiss off ATXI and go buy another NASDAQ co. There are a bunch available. Vlnt is in Chap 11 and can be bought for nothing. That stock price could then be adjusted and, thus, no big payout and golden parachutes for the AXTI folks. Leave their CEO at the altar and AXTI stock drops 50% in the first hour on Mon.
