I dont read that as ATXI came to Firamada first.

I think all Ira was saying is while preparing financials for release (yeh right) through some means they found ATXI, and began intial negotiations. You could be right but if I am a struggling NASDAQ co. how would I ever find FAMH? One of 2500 (or however many OTCBB stocks) there are. I would think someone at FAMH came up with the idea or it was offereed to them by someone close to the company, and then they started searching for a target.

My take.. I could be wrong.

.....If top management of a company wants help (other options), and they begin negotiations with a third party, not yet having discussed this with their major shareholders, then; when a premature press release hits the wires, they are in rather deep do do.
