Which one? there are like 4 of them

I thought the 1st 2 from FAMH were awesome, until I saw the one from ATXI. Now I dont know if any of them really hold any water. Will wait til Monday for clarification. You can bet a lot of shareholders will be calling both companies....

Time to hire some "temp" receptionists.

Mark

It looks like BusinessWire is trying to kill both the FAMH press release and the correction. What the heck is going on? Major dent in credibility here.

KILL this story and the subsequent correction, BW1345
(CQN-FIRAMADA/ATRIX).

Damn,

I decided not to go out tonight - just finished catching up on
the posts. I felt something was rotten - my considerable gut was
churning over the wording of our press release, hence my previous
post.

Ok, as Brad pointed out FAMH has the revenue base moving forward
to survive this mess. Let me add that we still have no proof of
that because we have never actually seen the audited financials.

Lets speculate that not everything is a lie, just creative tactics
to get listed. We are still in good shape. But make no mistake
damage has been done here. Should Atrix be stronger financially
than we have been led to believe then it is possible that the merger
could turn sour altogether. Not good for either side. However,
we were a strong company before this and shall survive without them.

The worst thing I believe will happen is that Atrix will gain some
board member seats on the new Atrix/Firamada board. Who the honcho
will be - probably still Arif Adams, IRA president and then
Atrix people in various senior positions. April 15 is most likely
dead. May 15 may be dead as well unless the principles can get
together and quickly. Don't count on Myriad be done this week unless
it is nothing more than a signature. IRA and staff will be sitting
across a table or trying to get back to the table all week.

Share price will bounce till a joint press release is announced.
