In my opinion this deal is FAR from dead.

Ira is not likely to let ATXI slip away.

The denial from ATXI just said they had not signed the Letter of Intent. It did say they have had discussions with Fiarmada. Maybe stalling for a little extra time.

Maybe today's original news was just released earlier than intended.

Take a look at the SEC filings for ATXI. They have never really made any money except from a lawsuit on patent infringements. But they do have assets, if liquidated, that could equate to 4 to 5 million dollars. I found this information just doing a little research. I am sure Ira knows a lot more.

I think ATXI shareholders need FAMH.

I say we will be moving to NASDAQ.
