Joe, With the IB willing to leverage us through these mergers, it's like SMTK having access to that $150,000,000 financing last year. Minimal stock dilution and a loan to be either swallowed by the company that buys us or more likely, gets paid off with proceeds from the sale. What I really would like to know is what has changed at the company that now makes this strategy viable. Why couldn't we have done this 6 months or a year ago. Is it that we have cash from the SMTK deal, or have we just realized the value of the Muller library, or is it that we have had three legitimate offers made for us. I may be not seeing the obvious or there is more here going on that we all just don't know about yet. Maybe Mr. Murphy has got more surprises for us coming down the pike. KL
