If the increased rate of posting on this thread is any indication, we are about 48 hours away from being rich, RICH, RICH!!! ggggg

<<<<<>What if the IB firm would bring enough revenue
to the table to be able to sell the company excluding CyberFax. And they do an IPO
with that division. Joe has mentioned in the past that it was under discussion. Now,
wouldn't that be the cherry on top.

Yes, it would be nice to hold Cyberfax out as a separate entity. But wouldn't it also make sense to hold out Muller Media? What telecon would likely want an inventory of old movies??

There was some discussion long ago and far away about how to value $100,000,000 in annual telecon revenues. As I recall, a multiple of 3 was used. So are we actually anticipating a sales price of $300,000,000?? That sounds outrageous. It seems to me that the little telecons that Joe is cobbling together to generate that much revenue had better be a special assemblage of synergistic companies. Otherwise, we might be looking at a hodgepodge that isn't all that desirable. (Remember R&D Scientific, Alpha Products, etc. If we look at Joe's past track record of buying companies, it's not ALL good.)

Well, that ought to be enough questions to send the board into orbit for a couple more hours. George E.
