Doug, Will you please knock off with the "without prejudice" baloney. If all your posts are just to question John on details I suggest you send them to him privately. I'm a shareholder too and I'd rather he spend his time developing sales than responding to your tirades. First you hype the stock like crazy and then, a few weeks later, you're dumping all over it. If you don't have some patience I don't think you should be in this stock, just my opinion of course. If you don't like the way things are being done, sell. There are thousands of companies to choose from. Pick one you like. Stuart.

Hi- I am long unitec and don't intend to sell but am appreciative of your very tough questions..from a very long conversation with John, I think he will easily be able to handle your question..as this is a public forum and he is in the process of conducting business though..it will be interesting how he handles your questions.. Once again..please keep on asking those tough questions..investing in companies that are not a microsoft or cisco etc is extremely difficult. Bobby

Doug, I don't intend to turn this forum into a political discussion and will not comment on any statements you make now or in the future regarding the politics of any country that we do business in. I consider myself to be an ambassador for my company and country when I travel abroad and accordingly do not get involved in politics of those nations where I am a guest. I would say however, that you should get your facts straight before you espouse with such venom. Now dealing with this project. Unitec has been working with the Indonesian Water Resources Ministry for several years. We have successfully qualified our products against stiff international competition to win the Jakarta Flood Control and three other WRM projects on Java and Sumatra. This particular project has been in the works for over two years. We entered into a consortium arrangement with PT Mega Eltra, a Indonesian Government service company and prequalified as one of only four bidders for this project. I know the other three well, and know also that we have the best technical solution. We may very well be beaten in the pricing, but we have not been under priced by any of them to date. There are no guarantees that we will win any project anywhere. As for payment, this project is financed by OECF (Overseas Economic Cooperative Fund) a major Japanese IFI. Payment terms are 20% on contract signing and posting of bonds, 70% on shipment and 10% on signoff by the project engineer, all of which are drawn against an L/C posted at contract signing. Regarding the Oil patch in Alberta, we have a crew there now installing our second system. We are working towards winning several others. That market is not the booming market you are alluding to, but it is one that we are focusing on nonetheless. We also have an engineer in Malaysia installing the second JPSS Flood Warning system. I am not in the habit of traipsing around the world spending shareholder's money willy nilly. I find your insinuations to be offensive and if your intent is to continue to try to embarrass me as you stated earlier, Doug, I will simply not waste any further time responding to such rantings. If you have some intelligent and constructive questions to ask, I will be happy to respond. JBS
