What I would like to know is how do people know on Friday that there is news coming the following week? Where do people get information like that? Why doesn't the SEC investigate stuff like that more often?

Where is everybody? Awaiting the (hopefully) big news?
Remember, since its IPO, DCLK has not released any SUBSTANTIAL news-If the price action the last two days is any indication, we may see some imminent news announcement, IMO.
Do NOT lose faith in this company-just remember, VRSN, RMBS , SCMM were pretty quiet for a while after the IPOs, only to take off subsequently.
