James,
Guess what I found.... a form 144 from Charles Zwebner of DCI, CardCall Canada division.

Sec- From 02/01/98-0218/98, ZWEBNER CHARLES, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF DCI
TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC (TICKER: DCTC) SOLD
71,552 SHARES AT $1.89 - $2.50, BRINGING HOLDINGS TO 7,950
SHARES.

Now the most interesting thing that I find about this is that his holdings have been reduced all the way down to 7,950 shares. WHich probably means that he has probably sold all of his shares by now. Michael kept saying that the selling was not coming from Canada and now we see that his own brother was one of the sellers. I wonder if he knew? Well now I guess we do know who at least one of the north of the border sellers have been. Must have needed the money or something<G>.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

Hi James,
Can anyone give me an educated guess as to what the book value of DCTC might be??????? I know this might be a tough task since things are changing so fast with the company. I remember someone just recently stating that we have 22 million shares outstanding.
Thanks for all your input, Toni
p.s. I sure do like the idea of not using shares for our M&A's, although I hope not too much debt will be taken on.
