Hi Bruce,

Thanks for bringing that over......geeze.....and all that time I kept
asking where those shares were coming from(GGGGGG)....It is no
surprise to me that the Z's and their insiders were selling as the
timing of our price slide was just toooooo concidental to be anything
else.....good riddance and watch my toes(GGGGGGGGGGG).

Lou

BG,

I felt all along that all of the old CardCall people were selling. Even today they have no allegiance to DCI. After all, when CardCall is sold all of the current employees of CArdCall will be gone also. I would not be surprised if MZ is also selling. Since he was never an officer he would not not have to file Form 144. He is not even a current employee of DCI. IMO they were not aware of what was going on with the IB firm over the last several months. I'm sure some of them still have some DCI shares. It will be interesting to see what they do when the next several press releases are out. Anyway, DCI is entering into a very exciting period and I'm sure we will have plenty of news before the QP.

Best Regards

From 02/01/98-0218/98, ZWEBNER CHARLES, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF DCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC (TICKER: DCTC) SOLD 71,552 SHARES AT $1.89 - 2.50, BRINGING HOLDINGS TO 7,950 SHARES.

I find this VERY disturbing. While MZ was propping up the price by preaching about crashing into new territory ("hell, $3 is a sneeze", he said), his brother was selling the whole time. I noticed that MZ's last posting was February 19th, the day after his brother concluded his selling. And now there is speculation that MZ may have been selling too. If this is true, I think it stinks! I am usually a pretty patient and tolerant person, but the thing that pisses me off more than anything in the world is deliberate manipulation. Does anyone have any more info on this? This may all be innocent coincidence, but there's enough here to really make me question what's going on. I plan to e-mail MZ about this directly, and I would like to have all the information possible. Thanks.

PA

Bruce, This is actually a relief to me to see some concrete evidence to support Joe Medskers and others suspicions that the Zwebners were selling. Now we have proof that Charles Zwebner has not only been selling, but is also essentially sold out. Sure would be interesting to find out what MJZ's current position in DCI is. (if he still has one!) Didn't Charles and Michael have together about 2 million or so shares at one time??? I'll bet Joe Murphy and staff were livid when they learned about this. Except for the 6,000 shares Joe sold for his sons college tuition more than a year ago and the 7,000 shares Paul Bettencourt filed the 144 on after he left DCI, there has not been any other insider selling at all from what I can tell and the stock transfer agent I talked too was pretty amazed by this fact as though it were pretty unusual. Joe has always been really good about keeping shareholders updated on significant events that affect us all, and I'll bet once he had time to do his "homework" on this issue that we will get his input on this. It sure would be nice IMO to see further confirmation of just where the selling we have had to endure ever since the SMTK deal was done was coming from. So long as Joe Murphy and the rest of the corporate officers aren't filing to sell, I'm not really worried about this issue, wasn't MJZ and Charles going to be sold off with CCC anyway?

James

Just for the record:

1) I am the Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of CardCall Canada Inc. a subsidiary of DCI and am not a Director or Officer of DCI, nor do I sit on any executive, management, or finance committees and have knowledge only of the business affairs of the subsidiary CardCaller Canada Inc.

2) As disclosed on the Form 3 and 4 which was filed with the SEC, I exercised some options at 20 cents (approximately 80,000 out of my 500,000 holdings) and sold approximately 71,500 for net proceeds of $145,000 which I re-deposited into the bank accounts of CardCaller Canada. The company required some funds during the month of February.

3) I did this because my interests are for the benefit of all shareholders of which I am included.

4) The only previous posting I made on the SI thread was when YIELDS attacked CardCaller Canada and I came to the company's defence.

5) For any further information please contact the company DCI directly.

Charles
