Dear Phil, It seems to me I remember that you have spoken with Michael Stamm. What can you tell me about the conversation? Did he say the emsounder works, and was he convincing to you? Did he offer his view of how it fits into the oil service industry, and how it stacks up against 3-D seismic? Do you have ANY idea of why he stays so much in the background and lets Paul Ebeling be his spokesperson? I have Stamm's home telephone and cell phone number. I called each of them once and left messages, but Ebeling called me back and said everything had to go through him. I'm wondering how you got through, and what was said. These are some of the things I'd really like answers to, and I wish Stamm could be talked to about them. (1) why is the UPR drilling not starting until August 1998; (2) what has happened to UPR's helium project; (3) how many wells have been drilled in Nebraska and how many are being metered by KNE at this time (4) why has rain and mud, not unusual for outside projects, interfered with this KNE metering process for months; (5) why has it taken Deloitte Touche months to do 1/2 of an audit on a small start-up company like NAMX? These questions are in addition to what we all want to know: What is the condition of the balance sheet and income statement of NAMX, and how many and what types of shares are issued and outstanding? Any chance you could talk with Stamm again and ask some of these questions? I'm thinking about starting a thread that will be only for those interested in tracking down and discussing factual information about NAMX, to include attributable comments by company employees -- not imagine what might be going on or report unattributable "information". Thanks, M.M.
