64-Mbit DRAM Prices Fall Below $10

64-Mbit DRAM prices broke the $10 mark last week when 8x8 EDO 3-V chips hit a new low of $9.20. The American IC Exchange, Aliso Viejo, Calif., reported that other 64-Mbit devices dropped as well, but hovered between $12 and $13.
