To Byron , Juanita and other shareholders , I own $120,000+ of this stock and have made my living this way for 22 yrs. now and I am long DGIV and would not consider selling my shares for at least a couple years. But as a large shareholder I not only have the right to ask but also the responsibility to ask questions when I deem a company i'm invested in has acted foolishly no matter how trivial it may seem to anyone else. Byron next to you I've probably reseasrched DGIV more than anyone. I've talked to Mr. Chin. and MR. Templeton also and if I did'nt believe in DGIV I sure would'nt own it. But in the three times I've started a company the very first thing I did was get a listed telephone #. And it concerns me the only way you can find one on DGIV is through a computer link and not through the more tradition method of a real telephone book. Byron you have my utmost respect and admiration for all you do but never refer to me as ignorant i am not . I've asked a simple question of anyone on this thread , SHOW ME A REAL PHONE BOOK FROM ANY CITY THAT HAS A LISTING FOR DIGITCOM INTERACTIVE VIDEO NETWORK nothing more and nothing less. And when you all realize there isnt one more people than just myself need to contact the company and complain about this oversight. I as you believe in this company and it is up to all of us to make sure they dont miss the little things along their way to becoming a force to be reckoned with in the field of net telephony. I will be buying more of this company along the way and I also see the float has dried up but it's up to us to make sure any questions that can be asked now are remedied before they get listed on NASDAQ. respectfully MARK C.

I can't wait for the Wall Street Big Boys to get involved either. Say...aren't the Wall Streeters' in New York? ;)
