Dale,
I am still here and holding DELL, U (UsAir), THQI, PROG (despite the pain), INTC (despite the pain), MSFT, GE, NSIT and CDWC.

Looking back at a message some time ago to you..

Message 2867553

DELL was at 90 (having bought in at 72). It is now at 67 post split. which gives a per share $134. I suggest considering DELL again.
It could be another 50% gainer for the rest of the year especially since it is still suffering from the unfair dragging down by CPQ channel stuffing. I think that the market could drag it back down a few points in the short term, but I call that a buying opportunity.

THQI also looks good picking up steam again after hitting the rocks due to an announcement of WCW license non-renewal. They will get to sell titles under WCW name until June 1999 so NO impact to the bottom line for 5 more quarters. (by then, the titles could be dead anyways).
Also, as a rocket to propel the stock rise, there are 500,000 shares short interest. Which means, as it recovers to its 30+ high, there will be some momentum as the shorts get squeezed... yes? This is the analysis I am copying from the THQI board where they know alot more than me about it...

PROG still looks like a value play despite the market makers moving it all over the board on very light volume. I still own a large stake in it. Concerned about the light volume except on news days (once a quarter).

USAIR is now up over 72 (from 4 1/8 3 years ago when I bought)
{too bad I didn't have the guts to put $100,000 into that one}

Bought INTC low and have kept it..
Bought MSFT low and have kept it... see no reason to sell

I will ride out any uncertainty in April. I think with all the pre-announcements, INTC, CPQ, etc. We have seen the worst of the tech stock blood.

Am willing to be convinced though...
Craig
