Doug,

Everything in their company literature clearly states "letter of intent" .... as far as the Mexico situation is concerned and the conversion of 10,000 buses for 10 years.

The 1080 bus conversion (worth about 2 million) is a done deal.

No company has control over an reporter's comments .... I have myself been in a few situations where I have been misquoted ... we all know it happens.

As far as the clarification goes - I suspect they were requested by the VSE to clarify the reporter's comments. Anybody that has done their DD on the company, knows exactly what they have, and do not have. .... so the "clarification" was certainly not news to us ... it was in fact, clearly what the company had stated in their literature.

As far as EPA approval is concerned, I am not sure the company is that concerned about EPA approval for the present (you should get that clarified with them). Most of their target countries are not affected by the EPA per se - ATF's technology is being demonstrated and tested in their respective target countries - it either cuts the muster there (which so far it has) or it does not. To be honest, I am not sure what the law states about EPA approval .... clearly for the RFC to be OEM I _suspect it would need the EPA's approval.

Best to you,

MB
