Jin.. if this merger doesn't happen then we wait for Ira to find another opportunity. I think this one will work out fine and we will be rewarded. But if it does not, I hope that Ira doesn't do us any more favors and give out hints. Only causes the AH's on this thread to try and muck things up. Help like that we don't need.

Opinion?

Anyone with Acrobat Reader or any other PDF reader go to this site:

www.nasdaq.com/sitelayout.asp?section=/analytics/analytics.asp

Sorry, i don't know how to post links yet. Type in ATXI and then go to Company facts below the ticker selection.

It will then have an open stock report button, click on that and it should have all the major shareholders. I've tried to install Acrobat reader to AOL but, it doesn't seem to work and MS word can't seem to read it. All i get is jumbled up symbols.

I think we've got it nailed here... this is bascially a hostile
takeover with the assistance of the majority shareholders. Why else
would Wexford be looking for current ATXI shareholders? We know they
are the ones who are handling the merger for FAMH...

If anything, this bad press release thing is probably an attempt by
current ATXI management to self destruct the company. I think it will
only cause the lines to be drawn that much more firmly and this guy
at ATXI will be out on his ear soon.
