I truly believe that TX needs RNTK to complete their GTL solution!!!

There is an excellent synopsis of RNTK's process and how it is
different than other GTL technologies available today at
gastoliquids.com

The primary advantage that RNTK offers is that it is not
strictly a gas to liquids process, but works on any hydrocarbons
(e.g. coal, refinery bottoms, etc) as well as gas. This is what
makes RNTK's process unique and more versatile than other
technologies available.
