Hi Elizabeth, We have some things we know about NAE. One is they have an agreement to drill on UPR land and sell any helium they find to UPR for processing in UPR's new plant they are building with their partner in that venture, Praxair. The plant will be completed in mid summer or early fall, the same time NAE plans to commence drilling for helium. Also NAE has an agreement with KNE to sell them all the gas they find on the Nebraska lease. KNE is a large company and is paying for and constructing the gas gathering system themselves to NAE wells. They have been slow about it and have been apologetic about that from what I hear. These agreements are confirmed. It is confirmed that KNE is building a gas gathering system for the NAE gas fields and is hooking up the wells. They would not go to that expense out of their own pocket unless they knew there was something to buy. That is a fact that cannot be disputed. KNE is not staffed by complete idiots. The revenue will start eventually and that will change the entire picture for NAE. 14 more wells are planned for Nebraska then they will be starting drilling for UPR. These facts alone IMO give credibility to NAE as a viable company with real potential. Everyone here has to decide that for themselves and do whatever level of DD that they are comfortable with before they make a decision to buy. That varies from one investor to another. Nobody here is responsible for another person's decision to invest in NAE. NAE has in a news release stated the gas reserves they have found so far on the Nebraska lease are estimated at 50.5 bcf. They have also told several investors who have called that the shares issued and float is in the vicinity of 62 million shares issued and 15-20 million in the float. That has been a while ago so I will use 100 million issued and $2/thou cf (a low estimate of the purchase price from KNE for gas) to be on the low side of this valuation estimate. 50.5 bcf gas reserves x $2/thou cf = $101,000,000 cash value of reserves $101,000,000 ö 100,000,000 shares issued = $1.01 per share gross asset value based on the reserves discovered so far. IMO that is a real valuation not based on anything but the facts we have been given. For that the stock is now selling at .09 a share. There could be many reasons but I think one to seriously consider is that the price is depressed because of the extremely negative attacks staged against this company by the gremlins on this thread and on AOL. They repeatedly ask questions about things we don't know the answers to for certain yet and imply that because we don't know for certain that there must be something wrong. They play on investor fears to keep buyers at bay and keep the stock price depressed. There is also the rumor of an illegal shorting scheme taking place. One post here suggested that bashers are paid by the illegal shorters as much as $2-4 thou to bash a stock down that is being shorted. If that is true I would like to see the SEC send some people to jail. Hunter Vann has said his intentions are to keep investor's from buying this stock. He admits in the open that he attacks this stock because of Paul Ebeling having been an officer in Tridon Enterprises where hunter says he lost a lot of money. He promotes fear and confusion every time the stock price starts to rise. His tactics are well known by now to those of us who have been long time investor's. Hunter has even accused me of being Paul Ebeling himself promoting NAE here under a different name. Hunter and another poster he is associated with from the TEIM thread used this same tactic to try to shut up other bullish posters on the TEIM thread. His attacks against me and Marty Linskey (who left the thread) is all about trying to silence the bullish investor's. Whatever the motivation it is manipulation through fear. Hunter now is setting up his next attack by setting an April 30th deadline for NAE to become reporting. If NAE has over 500 shareholders, as I have read they do, then the SEC requires them to become reporting. If they have delays, it has to be approved by the SEC for them to have an extension and the SEC will be monitoring the situation. That is my understanding of the SEC regulations on that matter. Everyone should check that out for themselves to be sure. It doesn't help our debate at all to have to contend with these one sided tactics by a non-shareholder. There is money on the line and every shareholder will ask the questions and guard their investment according to there own abilities without this concerted prolonged attack that has been going on by hunter for 9 months now. Then Zeev comes back to dazzle us with his brilliance! What an argument he makes. Dah, the price is down, something must be wrong! As if he is totally blind to what has been going on here for so long. Well, maybe he is. Bob PS Don't anyone buy this stock until you do your own DD.
