LMAO ... LOOK WHAT I GOT IN EMAIL ... Now this is my response and I have removed the name of this individual. HOWEVER we all knew this was coming. It is something in AQUA VIEs past and I know we discussed it a long time ago but I want to make sure everyone fully understands this before they get it twisted with a doom and gloom senario. Here is my response: ~After following the posts over the past week or so, it has become very apparent that many of the current investors are SERIOUSLY mistaken as to their position in the company. For one, there ARE currently 35 MM shares outstanding, but, as you know, there was a private placement done. This private placement will result in a significant dilution. Therefore, $4.00 short term is very unlikely. I believe that the stock is fairly valued in the .50-.70 range. I am worried that when people see in a news release (or filings) that new shares were issued, they will be caught completely off-guard. ~ Answer: WELL WELL WELL ... I have been waiting on this one to come out. Yes I talked to Tom a while back and EVERYONE on the sight KNEW a private placement was made to apprx. 32 -35 LONG and STRONG MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS (jim being one of them).. If memory serves me right, jim and the 32 - 35 others gave $15K for a private placement where $10K was a 3 year loan and the other $5K was for 24000(AMSC .21) common free trading shares and 24000 warrants for a common share of stock for $1 and another 24000 warrants for $1.50 a common share. This was done to pay for legal fees LAST YEAR. EVERYONE knows this was done in AUGUST OF 96. Lets see the MAJOR dilution FACTOR ... OH LORD is what 72K x 35 = 2.5M shares where 760K are free trading in the hands of long and strong investor that have MAJOR POSITIONS. Now the another 760K shares will BE issued for a $1 WHEN the stock is at least at that price or higher AND the company gets $760,000.00 in the bank COLD CASH PLUS another 760K shares will be issued for $1.50 for ANOTHER $1,140,000.00 to go into AVBC's bank account in COLD CASH. Now I do not know about you but 2.5M shares added AND $2M in COLD CASH in AVBC's bank account increasing the 35M is 37.5M and the float will not be diluted because these shareholders are LONG and SRONG like jim who says he is waiting for $8 mark and MORE. Now I do not think people will excercise a warrant to buy at a buck and a buck and a half stock just to sell it ~Therefore, $4.00 short term is very unlikely. I believe that the stock is fairly valued in the .50-.70 range. What are you some kid or something in college trying to be a stock broker or something OR are you a stock broker trying to keep the price in that range so you can accumulate it ... EPS and all that is nonsense on the OTC arena and your valued ranged is non sense. EXCEPT as a targeted broker range to accumulate since YOU KNOW the warrants are $1.00 and $1.50 and if you can accumulate in this range YOU KNOW the price is going above that so can sell stock from your inventory. I have talked to some young wanna be brokers that are taught the listed board senario and these type could not find a sleeper or make a solid trade decision on the OTC if their life depended on it. I know I lost TONS of money to these types with their warnings before. NEXTEL I could have tripled out on but NOOO I listened to this garbage. HOWEVER AFTER that broker got an inventory and it had DOUBLED OH THEN they wanted to sell me shares on a wonderful company. If enough people buy and hold believing in this company's success the EPS is worthless. Apparently you do not know much about stocks on this OTC arena. Look at the listed boards EPS is worthless most that are trading in the teens of dollars do not even HAVE an EPS worth a hoot. This stock is worth what ever the investment community is willing to pay for it and hold. Now with this stock held as tightly as it is you can see for all selling there is buying. I MEAN 40K @ .50 and I do not think some internet trader that thinks like you do is going to dump $20k on a stock setting at it 8 bagger mark. NO ONE would unless they felt the potential is unbelieveable. I saw the Aqua 1 post on AVBC trying to get people to buy their product. Are you an agent for AQUA 1 maybe? I have DDed Aqua 1 (A BLASTED CANADIAN COMPANY!!!) They have nothing in the way of management or marketing and in the DD I did back in Aqua Vies early years Aqua 1 was following on Aqua V's shirt tail. I bet that after Tom begins defining this company Aqua 1 will follow alnmost IMMEDIATELY behind with the same ideas. I expect them to be posting on the Aqua Vie thread AGAIN trying to get buyers.. ~Would you be kind enough to at least point out that there was a private placement done for shares in the company that has not yet been issued or allocated? ANswer: ABSOLUTELY .... Heck I will post this e-mail ~Additionally, Monday is only the unveiling of a new website and corporate hq.- not a major news story. I know that bottling WILL begin next week (according to Tom), but other than that, there probably will not be any other news on Monday (that is speculation thought). I would really appreciate you pointing those things out. I really want all AVBC investors on a level playing field.~ Answer: OH REALLY ... YOU TALKED TO TOM !!!! A BLACK OUT AN YOU KNOW BOTTLING BEGINS NEXT WEEK!!! MAN O MAN THAT is GREAT!!!! because if it does then TOM has paid for everything and the labeling and all is done. YEE HAW Man if you are right people are going to want to get more stock. Heck I hope that is want TOM is going to report ... OH wait a minute Thats right he is only launching the website and the opening of the headquarters. YAWN ... BORING. Lets see insider has a contact and stated he had GREAT inside contacts plus he is some kind of broker and you sound like a broker (a young one at that) plus your "savior" expressed points and YOU want the investors on a level playing field. Look I have been up against some of the best there is. I have tried to teach young stockbrokers how to find sleepers. I swear you have to be one because you sound JUST like 3 of them I know . DO you all go to the smae college or something. Do you know insider? HECK YOU EVEN POST AND EMAIL LIKE INSIDER? I want to thank you for this email I was hoping it would come out on the thread and I have been waiting for it. Heck the big day is Monday so I knew a last chane shot would come to kill the buying.
