This company IMO is cheap based on preliminary financials and future prospects no matter what happens with the ATXI merger. I do feel that this merger will take place fairly quickly thou. It makes complete sense and is good for both companies - win/win situation. Lets take a vote - I will be a heavy buyer on any price decline of .10 or more which will be adding to my current position. It looks like .57 should give good support based on current trendline. Note: I will not be counting votes but the responses should give us a very good feel for sentiment.
