I was in Orlanddo this past weekend and stopped twice at CHKR Each time there was a nice line of drive thru cust Very good burger and nice friendly service. Hope the consolidation with Rally will help overhead???????? Our rest in Englewood Fl. has very low volumn

Checker's Chief Financial Officer/insider buy 03/04/98 I think that the first quarter results are going to be good for both Checker's and Rally's. This is a very important sign because Joe was the person who put togeather the package that allowed Checker's to issue 2,500,000 shares of stock for the RE-PURCHASE of certain notes that were past due to RallFolkes, RDG ,and NTDT . Now these three entities decided to sell off their shares to recoup the money that Checker's owed to them and more importantly Checker's issued a Price gaurantee on the sale of these common shares but only for a certain window period of time. Well we have all seen what the sale of these 2,700,000 shares have done to our beloved Checker's stock over the last 4 months.... but that window period is now closed and all of the selling is over. HOW DO I KNOW ??? because the Chief Financial Officer responsible for overseeing this deal just bought 20,000 shares. So we should have NO MORE Selling pressure from the sale of these shares and look for the reduced costs synergies associated with the Rally's consolidations to save money in this quarter. Joe Stien also bought Rally shares as well. In my next post I will put up a paragraph from the SEC document that Checker's filed in NOV. that shows a little of the details that Joe put togeather to pay these three entities back their money. Joe's buying the stock here is a VERY BULLISH SIGN, he knows the financials on Checker's and Rally's better than anyone else in either company. He is one of Foley's guys from Fidelity and he knows his stuff. Dont even waste your time talking to KIM in INVESTOR"S RELATIONS she doesnt know jack and has been instructed by Joe to say absolutely nothing. SEE MY NEXT POST.....its up from here people...JOE STEIN THE CFO KNOWS THIS COMPANY AND HE WILL NOT LOSE MONEY ON THIS TRANSACTION THE FIRST QUARTER FOR CHECKER'S AND RALLY'S MUST BE LOOKING GOOD!
