Hi Gang:
I see the illustrious David Baines is at it again. He tried a hatchet job on Turbodyne twice a couple of years back when it was on the VSE.
I owned shares at the time and freaked out when I read it. He is rumored to be in a shorting syndicate, but who knows?
When he wrote the negative articles about Turbodyne, luckily, the price was hardly affected. The articles about Turbo were more about the directors.
I think that ATF has a very good product in an incredibly exciting field. They don't need to release misleading news as there is a huge rush to get these polluters off the road.
Shareholders do have a right to the real news. If a letter of intent is signed then that's what we should be told. There is a big difference between that and a contract.
The directors should be contacted by all shareholders to question all allegations in the article.
The insider trading reports should also be checked to see if they did sell off a ton of shares or not.
Also verification of testing stages as opposed to certification is important. Some of the certifications such as the EPA is a long drawn out procedure. Saying you exceed them does not mean they have them. IMO a news release should not be ambiguous in any way. It doesn't instill confidence in a company if you aren't sure what they are saying.
At any rate, hopefully the share price will not be affected by this article and the company will not suffer because of it.
Lonnie

Dear all,
It was a great discussion and I would love to buy the stock based on the story. However, the question I have is that if Mexico is buying all these fuel systems, are they going to put them into cars? And does Mexico make their own national brand of cars or has VW taken on ATF?
Caution is important so that we do not get burned ( with bad natural gas? )
