TO ALL DCI SHAREHOLDERS,
========================

Following the posts of the past few days, I feel compelled to respond to some of you, in particular to those that are making false and erroneous accusations.

For the record, and so there be no other thoughts and insinuations,
I stopped making posts to this and other SI threads, because Joe Murphy asked me to. Whilst I may have had a difference of opinion with him in regards the BUYBACK Program, I respected his request, and have left all the corporate PR and posts to eminate from the company through Joe and the other official corporate officers.

Secondly, my brother will himself post a statement that will answer some of your comments.

Thirdly, all I wish to add at this time is that my brother and I, as the original founders of the Cardcall group, remain totally committed to the business, the current formation of the Canadian Joint Venture and the ongoing success of DCI.

I myself will continue to operate in my personal capacity as a free lance M&A agent, bringing new business opportunities to the company. For your information, I get paid ONLY on performance in the form of a commission and ONLY on DEALS DONE.

My brother and I and several other CC partners became major shareholders of DCI last year, and we too (like yourselves) eagerly await the news on the current exciting developments that Joe is working on, the rise of the DCI share price, and the ongoing success of the company. Anyone of you thinking or insinuating otherwise is not only mistaken, but is acting to the detriment of the company, its employees, officers and of course shareholders.

DCI now has great potential, and is moving forward positively. Your continued faith in the company will be rewarded at the right time.
Whilst I would like to continue to respond to your questions, I have told Joe that so that there be no misunderstandings I will leave any further comments, or questions that you may have to be addressed to the company who will respond in kind.

Regards to all,

Michael J Zwebner
