Bootz My recollection of our conversation is you thought the filing should come later, several quarters later, to have some good numbers to show. I reiterated to you, that is was already late, and no one expected the numbers to be good, and the fact that it got filed was a positive move, and that trying to get to $4 for a listing, before beginning to file was putting the cart before the horse. You called me at work, so I don't think I was in the middle of a half bottle of Gallo :) Did we already meet at the Italian Bistro and I forgot? :) See ya ! c
