I have not had time to catch up on things since friday but maybe someone can answer this: Won't ATXI need to send out a proxy to its' shareholders in order to vote Yea or Nay regarding the merger? If done by mail, this will take at least a month to complete. If this merger can not be closed very quickly, I do not see why we need them. With everything in FAMH's oven, why order out? It makes sense if we can do this overnight but if we can't we will do it on our own. Then FAMH will be FORCED to release the financials: We SHOULD have the 1st Q #'s, Myriad and payroll financing #'s etc. These alone bring us close to NASDAQ. We do not need them as much as they need us. Once again, Its our ball - and if you want to play - it will be by our rules.
