JAKE,

My take on the press release is that the company has until April 15
to respond on the offer to buy Firamada and all the rest. Not that
the deal will be completed by that time. I would be surprised to
see this deal closed before June. This is only my take. But, it
seems to me they have a drop dead date of April 15th on the table.

Jake, if in fact we already have > 50% of the ATXI stock on our side
a proxy mailing would not be necessary since the votes are there
already. Given the handful of large shareholders who I believe may
be working with Ira, I'd bet that's a done deal or close to done.
