David: My opinion is that, Araldica had a good PR firm in Zangani and their contact, Adrian Madonia. Every time I called, spoke with her she was always helpful friendly and punctual in responding with information for which I requested. This information was inaccurate and misleading in many cases. This information was also provided by Araldica to be distributed to prospective stockholders/investors. At this point I have to ask, who has the most to gain in this scenario? Let me sight as an example of my frustration: In reference to post #721 from Matthew regarding my question about the value of television advertising. Matthew said he didn't know. Matthew also previously stated that Frank Landi was responsible in negotiating that transaction. It seems to me that, in a transaction of that magnitude, that very same question would have been asked. The response of, "we'll just have to wait and see." would have been unsatisfactory and any negotiations would have been postponed until an adequate answer had been provided. Had it not been provided, another television advertiser would have been solicited. Matthew did not mention that, he would pass the question on to Frank Landi. I would have expected him to do that. You mention that Matthew is hardworking and dedicated, the kind of employee you would want. It has been over six months since I first noticed that the order thread on the webpage was "under construction" leaving no way to evaluate a product list other than going to New York and to their retail store. Matthew is the webmaster for Araldica, the life's blood of any retail business is their ability to sell their products. Six months have expired and still no order page. There is no order page, no product listing what soever. Doesn't that bother anyone but me. If the webmaster is doing his job the order and product page should be up and running first and foremost. But, oh, no. Priorities are such that a bulletin board comes first. Everything else comes first. And, the most frustrating of all is, I still don't get satisfactory answers to my questions. I'm told to call the company and speak with someone there. When I ask who and when to call, the answer is also vague as everyone is so busy outside of the office there probably won't be anyone to answer my questions available. If that is the case,..........why call? Why spend the nickel? I have one last hope in this company's effort to expand. That is that Frank J. Landi is a legitimate businessman who gave up his CEO status for the expertise of his successor, Bruce Kloss. Also that Dominick Zaccoli, CFO is serious about the timeliness of the audited annual report being published by the, "within 30 days" from the March 12 announcement. That would make the deadline April 11, I believe. I have my doubts it will ever happen. If it does, I'll kiss your ass on Mainstreet. Oh, one other thing. A reason for the delay in orderpage completion has been given as, "trouble with credit card companies." I submit to you that, in the investor packet I received was an order form with a section for ordering by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover) and even an 800 number for credit card orders only, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That number is 1-800-329-0703. Every time I call this number, I get a busy signal. Those orders must be coming in by the s***load. I urge each and every one of you to call that number. If you get anything but a busy signal, let us all know. Good luck: Ned
