Rob, What a nice present this will be! It reminds me of the early Mac, when on CIS, I'd ask for something and someone would write it. This will be perfect for updating my quote.com portfolios. FYI. This is from a post by Grow on the Yahoo! board. This method is pretty slick for html page refresh. "Kurt quoted a method (based on applescript) from Rob Henerey for auto refreshing a page.
