Pure conjecture my friend. From my limited experience in this field it seems to me the best managed companies are ASND,NN and Siemens.

<<Can someone please inform me where this linkage to Ascend
comes from?>>

From a figment of someone's imagination. It makes no sense. Why this continual speculation on acquisition? It has nothing to do with ASND's price rise, IMO, and ASND is certainly able to prosper for a while yet without being acquired.

ASND's prospects look strong and get stronger each quarter. New money is going into ASND, old money is coming back and money is coming out of other networkers and moving to ASND because it's prospects look better. Plain and simple. ASND is in the process of being rewarded with a higher multiple. This will continue for a while yet, enjoy it.

My first lightening moves are set beginning at $39+. We should start hitting them next week. Everyone will know because:

It will make me happy, HAPPY, HAPPY!

Flowers everywhere!

P.S.

Hey Baldy! Another selling opportunity is coming. Don't say I never told you.
