Mike, I just spoke with IR person and the financials are supposed to be out tomorrow. He was very positive. There are 54M shares outstanding of which 46.5M are restricted leaving 7.5M in the float. They have always been in the oil industry. They primarily provide equipment for drilling. Went into BBQ's when the industry slowed down. They had the equipment that could be used to manufacture the pits and the connections to sell them to industry as well as the general public. The BBQ's have never been more then 1/3 of their business. I've taken a small position and will invest more if warranted once I see tomorrows news. Aleta
