Techstocker, thanks for just joining SI in it's trial membership. If I were Reidel and if the speculation is true, that the majority shareholders were denied a seat and dissatisfied that the company was doing so badly, I'd deny everything as well. Have you been reading the thread? Look at ATXI's numbers, they, to put it mildly, suck. They have violated at least 3 of the rules for the NASD national market for continued listing. I'm sure they've already been contacted since they were trading in the 1/2 range before. If I'm correct, they had something like 6 months to do something about it or it's EXSO with a different name. FAMH, IMO, won't go to .25, or if it does, not for very long. If the deal falls through, however, and ATXI comes to this wonderfully fair exchange, it will see .25 alright. How many more reverse splits can ATXI handle? None because that would be rule violation number 4. And if the price tanks? rule violation number 5. Jin.
