Mr. Klopp is on the up and up.

According to Stockwatch, he is/has only been involved with Noram, AFS, and AFS International as either a director or a officer.

This guy is definitely not a promoter.

Go to the Canada Stockwatch web site and you can get the information you need. You can call them and give them your credit card number. They are a legitimate business and is one of only a handful of VSE recognized publications to disseminate news releases.
