It says the first phase in in place... The 8200 seat stadium....home to the Kansas City Royals. Has anyone seen this? One question that lingers in my mind is even when they finish the project, can they effectively compete? It seems to me that almost everyone who goes to Orlando is there for DisneyWorld, and I've heard there may be more than enough timeshare developments. Does anyone else have thoughts or ideas about these issues? BH
