To All:
The relationship between Clean Air Partners and Alternative Fuel
systems is simple. Cap has the marketing rights to the United States
and Canada. Alternative Fuel Systems has the marketing to the rest of
the world. [This may or may not include China.] Of course there are
some cross marketing agreements which I am not familiar with. I hope
that clarifies the relationship between the two Companies.
