Facai,

You bring up an interesting point. Some of us have been speculating that management has been repurchasing the shares at the depressed value. The numbers of shares outstanding, as confirmed by your research, would confirm such a theory... would it not?

What other possible reasons could there be for the difference between 28.4 million and 26.6 million shares outstanding?

I would consider that quite significant, if the company was quietly repurchasing 6.3% of their shares AND the price continued to drop as it has after every trading peak.

I'm the one with the slope theory. I've never seen such consistent downward slopes after every trading peak, as I have with MRVC. Does this mean anything to anyone?

jack

I looked at Zacks again today and it shows
slight increase in institutional holding
of MRVC from 03/30 (41.5% --> 43%). Insider
holding no change at 25.21%.

I sold my MRVC just before the latest earnings
release but still follow this thread. Good
luck to everyone.
