the discrepancy in the shares outstanding can be
explained by the number of shares in the
secondary offering. MRV got 90 million at the
secondary offering. that is about 90M/38 ~ 2.3 million
shares. the zacks figure i believe is pre-secondary offering.
i believe the number is now 28+ M shares outstanding.

perhaps one measures the stock after warrants/options are converted (Intel's) whereas the other is a measure of shares already issued and outstanding. The numbers aren't quite right but cloese, if the Intel warrant is 2 million shares.
