I was looking past old releases. I've not heard the name RoseWare mentioned. So I thought I'd post it for update purposes.

Netmaster Group Acquires WebDeliver

PR Newswire, Monday, October 20, 1997 at 10:23

NEWPORT, R.I. /PRNewswire/ -- Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Netmaster Group,
Inc. (NASDAQ:NETZ) said today it has acquired from RoseWare LLC, of Asheville
NC, two unique software programs used by software publishers and computer
hardware manufactures to advertise or sell their products via CD-ROMs and
through the World Wide Web.
Prodigy, Adobe and IBM are among the leading Internet and hardware
companies with which the principals of RoseWare have negotiated service
contracts that will be fulfilled by Netmaster Group, Inc., and its
wholly-owned subsidiary echoMEDIA.
WebDeliver enables a computer user to preview a new software
product without a credit card or without even having pre-configured the user's
computer for an Internet service. After a prescribed trial, WebDeliver
prompts the user to sign up for recurring Internet access or to purchase
the software product.
Another product, to be known as EchoRESPONSE Card combines
electronic product registration with multimedia advertising/content
distribution. It provides free electronic registration capabilities to select
distribution partners in exchange for the right to sell a portion of the
partner's unused storage space on their Internet-enabled CD-ROMS and/or hard
disk drives. Advertisers who have used this technology include Eastman Kodak
and United Airlines.
These two unique software solutions expand Netmaster's array of
innovative technologies that meet the demanding needs of advertisers and Web
sites anxious to capitalize on the vast marketing potential of digital
electronic media, including the World Wide Web and CD-ROMs.
The company already markets Sesame-Ad, a state-of-the-art software
program which, for the first time, allows advertisers to run full-length TV-
like commercials on the Web. Its While You Wait product enables advertisers
to present selling messages, promotions or incentives directly to computer
users seamlessly and automatically.
Netmaster Group, Inc., is a diversified holding company which
acquires and finances Internet businesses.

Here's an unusual tidbit. What ever happened to this deal?

Netmaster Group Offers to Invest in Network Six, Inc.

PR Newswire, Tuesday, September 02, 1997 at 13:00

NEWPORT, R.I., Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- NETMASTER GROUP
(BB: NETZ) submitted an offer today to invest $1,500,000 in
NETWORK SIX, INC., (Nasdaq-NMS: NWSS) as a passive investment.
Mr. Miller, Netmaster's Chairman, said, "Our group has carefully analyzed
the financial condition of Network Six and believes a conditional investment
in Network Six could be of great benefit to both companies."
The conditions proposed by Netmaster provide for Netmaster to settle the
Hawaii litigation of Network Six and replace and reduce its bank debt
immediately.
A spokesman for Netmaster said, "Network Six has excellent growth and
profit potential, however, neither Wall Street nor its shareholders can take
the company, its potential or its stock price seriously while its entire
future is in jeopardy and subject totally to the Hawaii lawsuit and its
eventual outcome.
"If Network Six does not resolve the litigation in a timely fashion, its
stockholders' equity, its listing and its ability to bid on future business is
in absolute jeopardy. Any adverse ruling or protracted litigation would wipe
out the entire company," he said.
Netmaster said it hoped that its offer of financing and settling the major
litigation would be favorably received by Network Six and its shareholders.
Netmaster acquires and finances software integration and Internet related
concerns, and recently acquired echoMEDIA, an industry leader in interstitial
advertising on the Internet.
