Chris: I'll take a crack at that - OEM = "original Equipment Manufacturer". Exclusivity allows you to pursue 100% of the market potential without interference from competitive marketers
of the same product. So your marketing efforts don't result in sales for a competitor. When introducing something new you take a risk in committing time, effort and dollars to creating a market for it. It's
more attractive to do so if you're not bumping into your own product
coming from other channels. You may insist on exclusivity from your supplier, and he may grant it, to you depending on mutual perception
of what's required to "make it happen" and mutual perception of
the commitment of the other party to making it happen. The more effort and time that's required to achieve market results, the greater
the "need" for this kind of protection.

Hi Chris. Please refer to my first post on Friday (490). OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, like Ford and GM and Caterpillar. We have Caterpillar's endorsement and the same system we are offering foreign customers are available in Caterpillar's catalogue made and supplied by our partners, Clean Air Partners.
As a fairly LT investor, I can tell you IMHO that we have barely scratch the surface of our full potential and at these share prices one cannot find a better bargain. But there will be volatility as with all junior industrial stocks until we can get listed on the TSE. IMHO, the thing to do is to make use of this volatility to your financial advantage.
