Location near Celebration bodes very well for WACC development. Lots of positive press in real estate and mid-atlantic publications, I have seen on Celebration. Apparently aging boomers are going to stretch housing in Florida past the limits in the next 10-20 years. I probably wouldn't live anywhere in FLA but Jacksonville (climate) but this looks good to me. Lotsa snowbirds moving south and the Celebration area is a hotbed for growth.

Dan- very interesting indeed, does sound very much like the old

Boardwalk and Baseball property and the WACC property

are one and the same.
