AV--KPG afternoon results for jerryf. I spent some fruitful time this afternoon trying to get a better handle on this company. The following Annual Proxy (Annual Meeting) link to the sec.gov site had some beneficial ownership numbers and listed the proposed slate for the Board of Directors. All are insiders to the company and all have some interesting biographies. Unfortunately I do nor have much more to add from what has already been discussed. sec.gov The only thing that pops up in the financial sections of the 12/97 10Q is a huge increase in liabilities which are related to their expansion stock of merchandise. Sorry that I haven't been able to get enough warm and fuzzies for this but I haven't found anything yet to worry me . Andrew
