Dear James: Joe Medsker did a great job in reporting on the Board what is transpiring.The shareholder letter that was suppose to go out last week was held up by me because it was constantly being outdated.However,I made the decision to release it this week even though it is outdated.We are doing what I have promised you, for the last year and one half,building a 100 million company and selling it off.We are up to $50.0 million so far and should complete the remainder in about a week and one half.Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin will provide the buyer(s).If everything goes right it should be completed within six months. I will be providing information as to why and how this is being done-- suffice to say that all the telecom companies over $250 million have been spoken for in this consolidation phase of the industry.These larger companies are now looking at $100 million companies--ergo-- HLH&Z's strategy is for DCI to reach that mark,ASAP,so that they may be looking at us More to follow
