We are up to $50.0 million so far and should complete the remainder in about a week and one half.Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin will provide the buyer(s).If everything goes right it should be completed within six months. A couple questions: 1) When you say we are up to $50 million so far, do you mean with the pieces currently in place that we know about? Does that include World Pass, and is there any update on that situation? 2) What do you mean when you say that we "should complete the remainder in about a week and one half"? Are you saying that deals currently on the table will be concluded in this period of time, and that you expect revenues to reach about $100 million per annum? 3) When you mention "buyers" being provided by HLH & Z, I assume you mean the future buyer of DCI? Are you saying then that you expect all the acquisitions to be completed and for DCI to be sold by the end of the year? Thanks PA

Joe, Yes, Joe Medsker has done a good job of keeping us all informed for quite some time and I appreciate his dedication (and yours as well) in keeping shareholders informed as to what is happening with DCI. It seems to me that in the past when DCI was smaller, it wasn't all that hard to keep up as the company was not as large and things were not happening as fast. The current events that are occurring with DCI that you have been trying to explain to us are almost overwhelming in scope IMO and I don't currently feel that I am at all up to speed on what is going on. I can sure see why with everything going on and things changing that getting a newsletter out that accurately reflected all current events would be almost impossible. While I naturally will be hoping that as you suggested "that everything goes right" and the sale of DCI will occur within 6 months, I for one won't hold you to that date recognizing that unforseen events can delay things. Again, thanks for the update and as time and conditions dictate, I will be looking forward to learning more about how these deals are structured and why. Best regards, James
