if you go to SEC Edgar, as of late 1997, the Sprauges own about
35 % of the outstanding shares. I think Boston University Fund owns at least 5 %.Anyway, the insiders own 59%. Even if the percentage go below 50% , they will still be in control because they own Class B
shares with are entitled to 5 voting rights per share as opposed
to Common shares that has only 1 voting right per share.

I haven't seen anything suggesting the IBM owns any part of Wave.
