I spoke to AGTI'S investor relations rep, MATTHEW LOVITO at 1-800-913-9767 this am. He confirmed that AGTI is buying 5 million shares of it's own stock and there are upcoming positive company news-releases in the near future. They are working on putting an end to the news leaks prior to publication. Again, I must say that i believe that THOMAS NIEMAN had all of his ducks in a row before signing on the dotted line, including BANK FINANCING!!! I added another 22,000 shares, real close to the 200,000 shares that will make you a millionaire in one to three years!!! BEST REGARDS

Hardrocker, Yes. AGTI was named in the Patent infringement suit filed by FourtuNet, Inc. back in November 1996. K & B and now possibly AGTI are under current investigation by the Texas Lottery Commission (bingo regulator) for violations pertaining to stock ownership. AGTI granted certain 500,000 shares of AGTI to certain key officers of K & B Sales. BTC and K & B are now officially at war. BTC terminated K & B's right to distribute the TED and AGTI fixed unit products. Further, BTC has reassigned K & B's existing TED locations to other distributors. The attorneys have been hired and the first demand letters have been sent. Not sure how this will end up. Gary Held was the Vice President - Sales and Marketing for AGTI back in 1993 and early 1994. Cutthroat sales practice is not very specific. Sometimes the loser is disgruntled with the winner. I am unaware of any negative practices on the part of either company. My post here do not and will not have any competitive impact here in Texas or anywhere else for that matter. I will make a deal with you. If and when I lose a hall to AGTI, I will post it here for your benefit. I have no problem posting the good and the bad. tgs59
