At this point I see no reason to disagree. After reading that post and others like it I think I now know the reason why the earnings have been delayed until the last minute. Obviously if ACMIC has to accept product returns and give back monies paid, then they would have to restate earnings. This probably isn't a big deal for a large company with a mature product, but for a small and as we know struggling company this would present a material change in the financial results. My guess is that ACMIC is negotiating with the lab(s) that want to return the systems and find a graceful way out. It also might mean that they couldn't find a solution gave the refunds and have had to use the extra time to redo numbers both in arrears and going forward as well. At this point the only questions in my mind are how bad is the news going to be and how much of that has already been priced into the stock.

I also wonder about Dana's parting words to us that she will use her vacation pay to purchase more stock which would most likely occur after the results are announced. Does she know that the news will produce a bottom? I am seriously considering dumping all my shares at anything at 1 or over tomorrow before the news comes out because I think my breakeven at 2 1/8 is just a pipedream.
