I don't know where you come up with the idea that a share buyback is bad management. It is a sign of good management if the officers of the company decide to increase shareholder value by a share buyback and retirement program. It would only be bad management if there were no excess funds available to buy them. Since ADGI has not yet released their numbers for the past quarter, we can't say for sure yet whether or not they are in a position to buy back shares.

For a company with a float the size of ADGI's to fail to do something about it would, in my opinion, be bad management.
