Sorry to hear of your troubles. It sounds like you've given up. Maybe the outfit that put together your system and installed the Ditto can help. It could be a conflict with some other software/hardware or just a poor cable connection. At the very least, I'd try (or have someone try) reseating the ribbon cable connecting the drive to the controller, and reseating the controller card itself, if it's not integrated into the motherboard.
